Check your sponsor list

Paste the sponsors you already know and Argus tells you which of them it tracks, with the history it holds for each. Run it first: it shows what Argus already holds on the companies on your list.

Where: the top half of Prove in the left rail, or the "Have a sponsor list?" card at the bottom of the Coverage board (the direct address is /feed/coverage-check).

The coverage check. Paste names and see which companies Argus tracks, each with its sponsorship history, and which it does not know yet.

How it works

Paste your list in whatever shape you have it: one name per line, a comma-separated list, a CSV with or without a header, or a column pasted straight from a spreadsheet. The Upload a CSV button loads a file into the box for you. A name like "Acme, Inc." stays one company, and a domain beside a name is used for matching. Argus matches names against its catalogue using the same strict rules it uses everywhere, so a match is a real identity match rather than a fuzzy guess. For each match you get the company's tracked history: which events it sponsors, at what tier, observed when, with the source behind each row.

Reading the result

The headline is a plain fraction, for example "we track 28 of your 40". The unmatched names are listed too; an honest miss is more useful than a padded match rate. The request coverage button next to any unmatched name asks Argus to start tracking that company, through the same request queue an event request uses.

The movement list under the result reads the same rules as the stream. The recent-movement panel beside the fraction used to apply fewer guards than the signal stream did, so it could show a row the stream had already stopped showing. It now reads through the same builder: the same entries left out, the same retired companies left out, the same quietened tier changes, the same rows set aside, and the same four badges on a "no longer listed" row. One rule, two surfaces, no drift.
