Recaps and partner packs

Two documents the Argus team can produce for you from the tracked data. Both are assembled from captured records only, with every line dated and sourced.

The sponsor recap

A recap is proof of presence you hand to YOUR sponsor: their listings at your event across editions, the tier as displayed, movement over time, and stored page screenshots, each line dated to its own capture. Organisers use it in renewal conversations, because it shows the sponsor exactly what their presence looked like, from pages neither side controls after the fact.

  • Sponsor listings only; booth and media placements are a different product and are never mixed in.
  • Every line is dated to the capture it came from. The document's "as of" is the newest capture date rather than the day of printing.
  • If the tracked record is too thin to make an honest document, Argus refuses to produce a hollow one.

The partner pack

The pack answers "what would Argus give us?" in one document, built on your events and your sponsor list. It covers: how much of your list is tracked, observed movement on your sponsors, who around your market looks open, and what history and published pricing is on file, each section with the same dated receipts as the live product.

Getting one

The on-screen recap is self-serve: open Prove, pick a tracked event and a sponsor from its roster, and read every observed listing with its receipt. For the styled recap document (HTML and PDF with stored page screenshots) or the partner pack, ask your Ducket contact; both are produced on request against the current tracked record.
