Plans and billing
What the pilot costs, how the money-back window works, and how seats are priced. Only the person who set your team up can change the plan.
Starting your pilot
New teams start self-serve at argus.ducket.io. You name your company and your team, tune your market, and then pay on the secure Stripe checkout page. Your card is charged that day and you have full access straight away. There is normally no trial period to run down and no reminder email to watch for, because the payment has already happened.
If the Ducket team gave you a sign-up link with a code in it, that link starts a free trial instead. The plan step tells you so before you pay: it names the code, says how many days are free, and gives the date of your first charge. You still add your card that day, so nothing interrupts your access when the trial ends, and you can cancel before that date and pay nothing. Without such a link, the paid-today path above is what happens.
What it costs
Ducket is priced per seat: S$49 per seat per month or S$490 per seat per year (two months free). In Hong Kong dollars that is HK$299 per month or HK$2,975 per year. This is a promotional price for our pilot: pilot members work directly with the Ducket team, and what you ask for shapes what we build next. You can switch the displayed currency with the selector in the app footer, and on the plan step before you pay.
Your plan starts with one seat, which is you. Every teammate you add is one more seat at the same price, billed on the cycle you are already on. You start your pilot from the Plan and billing card on the Organisation tab in Settings:
- Open Settings, choose the Organisation tab, and find the Plan and billing card.
- Choose monthly or annual.
- Continue to the secure Stripe checkout page and pay. Your access starts right away.
Seats
A seat is one person. When you invite a teammate and your seats are full, Ducket asks you to add a seat first and charges it to the card on file, prorated for the rest of the current billing period. Nothing is added to your bill without you choosing it. See Your team for adding and removing people.
- Everyone on your team sees the same Ducket. There are no member types to manage.
- The person who set the team up holds the subscription. They are the one who can add or remove teammates, buy seats, and open billing.
Managing your subscription
The Plan and billing card offers Manage billing. That opens the billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, change or cancel the plan, and see the next renewal date. If a payment fails, the card shows a notice and you can update your card from the portal to keep access.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the billing portal. On a paid plan, your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then the paid surfaces pause and your team's data is kept. If you cancel during a trial, the trial ends right away and your card is never charged. Either way we send a short goodbye email confirming it, and you can start a plan again at any time from the same card.
